Spider Orchids

When I moved back to Perth in 2002 my interest in the local flora was reignited and I painted a few of the local wildflowers on canvas, so famous the world over (the flowers that is). 

Thanks to my treatment of the finishes they prove rather difficult to photograph and only a couple survive as I have absolutely no idea where on earth the originals are, apart from the one or two on the wall at my parents' house.

So here you have native spider orchids.  Perhaps a good subject for a tote bag design?
