Sylvia Geszty

One of the greatest exponents of the Queen of the Night turns 80 today, Sylvia Geszty.  With a bright, clear coloratura it is easy to hear why she was so popular in over 35 roles sung in 80 opera houses.  

For me of course she will always be THE Queen of the Night.  Happy Birthday Diva!
