Ragnarok

According to the tabloids today being the 22nd February, 2014 is Ragnarok, the Norse Twilight of the Gods.  The End of the World.

What better was to celebrate it than with Wagner's musical offering for the occasion, here sung by Eileen Farrell and conducted by Charles Munch.  Can you think of a better soundtrack to the end of the world?
