New Work/Image of the Day

One of the most descriptive and gorgeous orchestral passages from Wagner's opera Siegfried would have to be the Orchesterzwischenspiel of Act 3, where Siegfried passes through the wall of flames on his way to meet the sleeping Brunnhilde.
