The new production of Richard Strauss' Salome has opened in Sydney with great reviews.  Here is a teaser they've released of Gale Edwards' concept of the Dance of the Seven Veils.  It looks like quite possibly one of the most intelligent and compelling interpretations done in recent years.  Check it out.
