Musically this weekend has been rather diverse and a lot of fun.  From new arrivals of Wagner on disc and DVD to seeing drone/doom outfit Earth live last night, I've got all my bases covered.

I've revisited my reviews of the Met's new Ring Cycle upon the arrival of the DVD release.  You can read them here.  Now it is time for me to go back to what is essentially a Very Wagnerian Veekend!
