Image of the Day

You would be right in thinking that I have been listening to a lot of Birgit Nilsson lately.  The contribution she made to opera will forever be remembered through her back catalogue of recordings and videos.  I love this Salome still, in it she is all about big hair and eyeliner, two things a young, spoiled princess cannot do without, especially in the swinging 60's!
