Image of the Day

Pasolini's Medea is one of my favourite movies.  It portrays a barbaric side to the roots of one of the more enduring Greek Myths, that of Jason and the sorceress Medea.  It was Callas' only venture into a non-operatic role, and in my opinion it is a great shame she didn't live to do more.
